The Start
MC² consulting will, at the first visit, begin an analysis of the current situation which, after further discussion and study, will lead to the framing of an approach which will fully support each client company or organization in alternative possibilities designed to take full advantage of known management and employee potential in talents.
New Possibilities
Alternative possibilities could mean a total change of organization location or focus; Special training support for employees and management, alike; Work-Study, co-op, or internship placement; downsizing or upsizing; An independent status or a merger - all decisions depending upon the conclusions of the initial analysis.
A Plan
MC² consulting works directly with individuals, departments, or units to help define and develop plans that will connect all processes and procedures, including corporate and personal talents and skills, with targeted goals that address ever changing business circumstances. The plan, when finished, may well provide a road map for ongoing company/organizational life, since analysis and education should be an ever-present pursuit.
Partnering
MC² consulting will partner with other professionals as the need arises. It will also maintain constant contact throughout an organization's entire life, so that the concept of life-long analysis, goal setting, and visioning will be a reality. A client is always free to stop the relationship. MC² will not initiate such termination except under extreme dire circumstances.

MC consulting will assist with a broad range of processes; Its broad staff of consultants can investigate overall goal setting; long and short-term, develop business plans, assess financial services, create projects/programs, analyze viability questions and succession planning including troubleshooting, merging, or maintaining independence, etc. It will constantly work with revising goals and objectives to meet current business circumstances.
